Agile Life Skills provides coaching, training, consulting, workshops, digital resources, memberships, and learning experiences focused on AI confidence, Agile ways of working, leadership, productivity, change, and personal development.
For the purposes of POPIA, Agile Life Skills is the responsible party for the personal information we collect and process.

- Marketing preferences: whether you have opted in to receive newsletters, updates, event invitations, offers, or free resources.
- Coaching and support information: where relevant, information you choose to share in coaching, training, or support contexts. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the service being provided.

If you sign up for a free resource, event, newsletter, webinar, membership, or programme, we may send you relevant updates, educational content, invitations, and offers via email and, where you have explicitly opted in, via WhatsApp.
We use MailerLite as our primary email marketing platform. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us directly. WhatsApp group participation is voluntary and you may leave at any time.
8. AI tools and data
Agile Life Skills uses AI tools internally to support content creation, programme development, and operational efficiency. Where AI tools are used in the delivery of your training or coaching, we will take reasonable care not to input your identifiable personal information into third-party AI systems without your knowledge.
During AI training workshops and programmes, participants may use AI tools directly. You are responsible for what information you choose to enter into any AI tool and should not enter confidential, sensitive, or personally identifiable information unless you have confirmed it is safe and appropriate to do so.
We are not responsible for the outputs, data handling practices, or privacy policies of third-party AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or others.
9. Cookies and website analytics
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to improve your browsing experience, understand website performance, and support analytics. Cookies may collect information such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and interactions with the website.

No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You share information with us at your own risk.

15. Children's personal information
Our website and services are generally intended for adults, professionals, parents, educators, and organisations. Where we provide services involving minors — including ADHD coaching, learner support, or school programmes — we will only collect and process children's personal information with appropriate consent from a parent, guardian, or authorised person, and only where necessary for the service being provided.
