Tash Hutcheson — Founder, Agile Life Skills
Background

A practitioner. A teacher. A human.

She brings experience from corporate transformation environments including MTN and Nedbank, combining Agile ways of working, AI literacy and human-centred change to help people build real capability — not just attend another training session.

Tash Hutcheson spent years working at the intersection of people, process and technology — supporting organisations through Agile transformations and change programmes that were as much about humans as they were about systems.

When AI began reshaping every industry, Tash saw an opportunity — and a responsibility. Rather than watching organisations and professionals struggle with adoption, she built Agile Life Skills to bridge the gap between complex technology and real, practical human capability.

Tash is also the founder of Neurodiverse Life Skills — a sister brand providing specialist support for neurodiverse individuals and families.

What drives us

Our values

Human First

Technology serves humans. Every decision starts with the person, not the platform.

Practical Always

No fluff. No jargon. Immediately applicable skills and strategies.

Inclusive Growth

AI capability should be accessible to everyone — regardless of technical background.

Calm Over Overwhelm

Learning works best when people feel supported, seen and psychologically safe.

Real Results

We measure success by what participants actually do differently — not just what they know.

Genuine Connection

Learning is more powerful in community. Connection matters as much as content.

What makes this different

Most AI training teaches tools.
Agile Life Skills helps organisations change how people work.

The difference is depth. Anyone can demo ChatGPT. Tash helps organisations build the confidence, habits and ways of working to actually embed AI in real workflows — and sustain it as the technology evolves.

Practical first

Every session, every course, every resource is designed to create immediate, real-world application — not just awareness.

Human centred

Technology serves humans — not the other way around. Every decision starts with the person, not the platform.

Beginner-safe

No jargon. No assumptions. No tech background needed. Designed so that anyone can feel capable and confident.

Together, they focus on making AI more accessible, supportive and useful in real life — including helping neurodivergent individuals, families and professionals use AI to reduce overwhelm, build confidence and work in ways that support unique strengths, diverse thinking styles and different ways of experiencing the world.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

AI is transforming work — but for most professionals, it is a productivity tool, not a replacement. The people who thrive are those who learn to work with AI: using it to handle repetitive tasks, improve output quality and free up time for higher-value thinking. The goal at Agile Life Skills is to help you become someone AI works for, not against.
AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude can help you draft reports faster, improve clarity and structure, summarise complex information and adapt tone for different audiences. Professionals who apply these skills regularly report significantly faster turnaround times and stronger, more consistent communication outputs.
Building practical AI confidence now means you are ahead of most of your peers. Those who can use AI to plan faster, create better content, analyse information and communicate more clearly will have a measurable advantage. The key is practical, applied learning — not just knowing AI exists.
Most AI training teaches tools. Human-centred AI training helps you integrate those tools into your actual work and life — in a way that feels manageable, not overwhelming. Agile Life Skills training is built around your real context, your real challenges and your real goals. No jargon. No hype. Just practical, lasting capability.
Clients have reported faster content creation, improved reporting quality, better personal organisation, reduced overwhelm, clearer planning and a genuine increase in confidence when using AI tools day-to-day. You can read real testimonials from clients including Mara-Lize Fourie (SMEI Projects) and Tracey Pinder (The School of Life) on this site and on LinkedIn.
